Patient Encounter Face Sheet - Page 3
Page 3 displays view-only data, taken from across all of the selected patient's Encounters.
When an Encounter is updated, the Face Sheet for that patient automatically displays the updated data.
Displayed data
All data is view-only.
- Data displays in descending order by date of entry.
- Use the scroll bar on the right of each section to view additional entries for that section.
Previous Refractions
From the Previous Refractions Element.- # Showing = Total number of Previous Refractions displayed.
- Filter By = Select to filter by Date and/or Method.
- Sph | Cyl | Axis | Add | Hz Prism | Vt Prism | Dt VA | Nr VA = Recorded values for each eye.
Final Spectacle Rx's
From the Final Spectacle Rx's Element.- # Showing = Total number of Final Spectacle Rx's displayed.
- Filter By = Select to filter by Date and/or Purpose.
- Sph | Cyl | Axis | Add | Hz Prism | Vt Prism = Recorded values for each eye.
Final Contact Rx's
From the Final Contact Rx's Element.- # of CL Displayed = Total number of Final Contact Rx's displayed.
- Display all CLs = Select to display all.
- Display CLs Between = Select date range of CLs to display.
- Display all CLs that are = Select type to display.
