Patient Encounter Face Sheet - Page 2
Page 2 displays view-only data, taken from across all of the selected patient's Encounters.
When an Encounter is updated, the Face Sheet for that patient automatically displays the updated data.
Displayed data
All data is view-only.
- Data displays in descending order by date of entry.
- Use the scroll bar on the right of each section to view additional entries for that section.
IOPs
From the Tonometry Element.- Date = Date recorded.
- OD | OS = Recorded values for each.
Gonioscopy - Goal IOPs
From the Goal IOP field of the Gonioscopic Evaluation Element.- Date = Date of the evaluation.
- OD | OS = Recorded values for each.
Pachymetry
From the Pachymetry Element.- Date = Date recorded.
- OD | OS = Recorded values for each.
Dominant Eye
From the Dominant Eye Element.- Date = Date recorded.
- Eye = Designated eye.
Auxiliary Tests
From the Auxiliary Tests Element.- Test Completed On = Date test completed.
- Category = Test category (Automated VF, Threshold VF, etc.).
- Type = Test type (associated with selected Test Category).
- Eye = Eye upon which the test was performed.
