Edit Flow Sheet Popup

Step-by-step
- Open the Edit Flow Sheet popup (for help, click here).
- The Edit Flow Sheet popup displays on top of the Flow Sheets window.
- The cursor is in the Flow Sheet Name field.
- Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. *
- Make changes to the Flow Sheet Details tab and the Select Elements tab, as desired.
Flow Sheet Details tab
The following fields can be edited. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.*
- Flow Sheet Name * (must be unique).
- Flow Sheet description.
- Designate this Flow Sheet as the default flow sheet.
Note: If another Flow Sheet is already designated as the default, a warning displays when you try to save the Flow Sheet, asking you to confirm the new Flow Sheet as the default.
Select Elements tab
Use the mouse to select and re-order the Flow Sheet Encounter Elements.
- To select an Element, double-click the Element name.
A check displays in the box to the left of the Element name. - To de-select an Element, double-click the Element name.
The check in the box to the left of the Element name clears.
Do the following to change the order in which the Elements appear on the Flow Sheet:
- Select the Element to be moved.
- Click the Up arrow to move the Element up one position.
- Click the Down arrow to move the Element down one position.
Close the popup and save changes
Click the Save & Close button at the bottom of the popup.
- The Edit Flow Sheet popup closes.
- The Flow Sheets window displays in the Contents Pane.
- The Open Windows list displays Flow Sheets.
Close the popup without saving changes
Do one of the following:
- Click the Close button in the upper-right corner of the popup.
- Click the Cancel button at the bottom of the popup.
If changes have been made:
- A warning displays, asking you to confirm closing without saving changes. Click the Yes button to confirm.
- The Edit Flow Sheet popup closes.
- The Flow Sheets window displays in the Contents Pane.
- The Open Windows list displays Flow Sheets.
