Task Manager Bar
The Task Manager bar displays in the Status Bar, at the bottom of an open Patient Record or Encounter window.
The Task Manager bar provides real-time information about:
- Patient Name: Which patient is being seen.
- Room: Where the patient is.
- Owner: Who the patient is with.
- Task - Status:
- Task = What Procedure the patient is undergoing.
- Status = When the next Procedure is due/what the patient is waiting on now.
- Priority of attending to the patients.
This information aids the doctor and staff in attending to their patients in a timely manner. It also provides data for tracking efficiency in handling patients in day-to-day proceedings.
- To update a Task: Click the arrow
next to the Patient name.
- To view the next assigned Task: Click the arrow next to Next priority.
