Delete Patient Record

If a Patient Record has any Encounters, Tasks, Documents or eFiles associated with it, it cannot be deleted.

1. From the View Patient Record window, click the Delete button.
2. A warning displays. Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion. The Patient Record no longer displays in the Find Patient Results list.
3. Click the No button to cancel the deletion. The View Patient Record window displays.
