Choose between two types of patient portals:
  • EyeClinic.net Advanced Patient Portal: Send and receive secure messages, online scheduling, online bill pay, online faxing and online patient welcome/medical history forms.
  • Incentive Program Package: Send and receive secure messages and share medical records. Includes one Direct email address per provider.

How to Purchase and Activate the EyeClinic.net Patient Portal
Once you purchase the EyeClinic.net Advanced Patient Portal and/or the Incentive Program Package from the “For Customers Shopping Site” (using your Practice Admin login), we will start the activation process. A ticket will be created for a MaximEyes technical support agent to contact your office and to schedule a time to configure your MaximEyes system with the latest build. Contact First Insight technical support at 800.920.1940, Option 3 or email technical support if you need your Practice Admin login. Or, email sales@first-insight.com if you have questions about purchasing the Advanced Patient Portal.
