First-time maximEyes clients
must contact First Insight to receive a User Name and default Password (one
User Name and Password per practice).

to ensure the security of your account(s).

email customer support (click here). Once you login you will have the
option to change your password only. You cannot change your User Name.

Connect a customer support technician, with
your permission, to your computer via the Internet. It's like having a personal
